Renovation project of 280 apartments in Russia

Project Background

In March 2024, after many communications and negotiations, we successfully took over the whole house decoration project of a Russian developer, involving 280 apartments. This is a large-scale batch decoration project. The developer hopes to enhance the overall value of the house through high-quality and modern decoration materials, while meeting the high-end needs of the local rental market and owners.

Project Scope

1. Product supply

We are responsible for the design and supply of a full set of decoration materials, including:

Kitchen Cabinets: High-density panels and moisture-proof coatings are selected, and the design is mainly in black, white and gray, which adapts to the simple and modern style preferred by local users. The cabinet functional areas are clearly subdivided, such as storage areas, meal preparation countertops and built-in electrical appliances, to meet home needs.

Bathroom cabinets: Moisture-proof sintered stone countertops and waterproof panel cabinets are used, with metal texture handles, providing large storage space and meeting the requirements for moisture resistance in Russia's cold climate.

Ceramic tiles: We provide floor tiles and wall tiles of various specifications and patterns, such as large-size tiles such as 800x800mm and 600x1200mm, which are suitable for different spaces such as living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms, emphasizing easy cleaning, wear resistance, and anti-slip performance.

Sintered stone: It is used for kitchen countertops, TV background walls, and bathroom sink areas. The colors of sintered stone are mainly classic black, white, gray, and marble patterns, which not only conform to modern aesthetics but also enhance the grade of space.

 Furniture: It covers finished furniture such as bedroom beds, wardrobes, living room sofas, coffee tables, and dining tables and chairs. All products have a unified style to enhance the overall coordination.

2. Determine the design plan

Our design team communicated in depth with customers to confirm the overall design plan. Each apartment is mainly modern and simple, with soft colors to create a comfortable atmosphere. The bathroom design is compact and practical, equipped with a large mirror cabinet and a multi-functional bathroom cabinet.

In addition, we made a set of 3D modeling drawings for the developer to intuitively understand the finished product effect and reduce the possibility of rework.

3. Logistics and Installation

International Logistics: We cooperate with local Russian logistics companies to ensure timely transportation of materials. The products are shipped from domestic factories to the project site, and the sea transportation and customs clearance process is completed in only 30 days.

On-site installation: A technical support team is formed to work closely with the Russian construction team to monitor the construction quality from the inspection of materials on site to the completion of installation. For key links such as cabinet and rock slab installation, professional technicians are sent to the site for guidance to ensure accuracy

Project Highlights

1. Highly efficient construction

It took only 5 months from the signing of the project to the completion of the decoration and delivery of the first batch of apartments.

A material warehouse and spare parts inventory are set up on site to reduce the risk of logistics delays.

2. Tailor-made

Provide personalized design for different apartment types, which not only meets the needs of single apartments, but also takes into account the functionality and comfort of three-bedroom families. The top-grade rock slabs and large-size tiles specially required by the developer increase the high-end attributes of the project and attract mid-to-high-end tenants and owners.

3. Strict quality control

All products are strictly inspected in the factory, and there are special people to supervise the installation site to ensure that every detail meets the standards.

4. High customer satisfaction

After the project was completed, owners and tenants generally reported that the decoration style was fashionable and functional, and they were particularly impressed by the exquisite design of the kitchen and bathroom.

The decoration projects of all 280 apartments were completed on schedule, and the project was highly recognized by the developer. He said that the feedback from this batch of apartments in Russia was very good, and there are already many potential customers ready to buy.
